House of Shock

Ok so I've been living under a rock for the past 15 some years. Granted I don't live in the south but just watched a bit on the attraction on the travel/discovery? channel. I wanna go!! Jess, MS, ever go?

The last time I went was before Katrina. My Ex's band played outside on one of the nights. If I'm not mistaken, I think they have since moved to a different building.

I haven't been. I used to work at another local haunted house that was a few blocks from my house in high school for community service hours, so they were our competition. However, like a million of my friends work there, and they did move to some warehouse or something....a few of my friends are in the pain tribe too and do the show on the roof before you go in, where they breathe fire and hang from hooks and all that lovely stuff....Ive seen the pain tribe before of course but never at the HOS and they are really good, so I guess inside would be cool to if your into that stuff.....one of my friends is a drag queen and he used to work there as a dead stripper or whatever and danced on a pole.....so some of it im sure is just crazy ass shit.....the one I worked at couldnt get away with alot cuz it was affiliated with a school, but the HOS they can do whatever they want from what I hear.....alot of anti-religious stuff, and I heard they touch people, which was always against the rules at the one I worked in....my sister went one year and was pissed cuz some girl touched her and got fake blood all over her clothes hah

I'm a halloween fanatic and would love to some day check it out. I love being scared. But it's easy to tell what's coming next in most places these days. Just thought it'd be kinda fun to experience.
