MINE is like that too - it makes me CRAZY! I had to get lots of layers put in it, so at least when it goes flat, it's still looks like I have hair, whereas when my hair was all one length & went flat it looked like I had almost no hair!

| I've got the totally opposite problem with mine- I have to get it severely layered to get rid of hair...and tame the volume. It looks ok when its wet, but once it dries, it turns into a giant uncontrollable mass of fluff that it seems like NO product will contain well enough. Every time I go to the hairdresser, they're like 'OMG You have sooo much hair.' So end result- when I have it long (as I'm currently growing it out so I can do updo for my wedding), I have to use crazy numbers of clips and scrunchies to keep it close to my head. Seriously, I'd give it away if I could, because I don't have the knowledge or patience to deal with it....it drives me nuts. | |

| Now that summer is here, the humidity and heat will not even allow me to style my hair. The minute I walk out it falls and I start to sweat, so I keep it up in a pony tail and pin my bangs back. The frustration! ahhh | |

| My hair is very thick... It grows in thick, and I have a full head of hair all the time.
Hopefully that means I won't go bald any time soon, haha.
Aaaanyway, my hair is stupid. When it gets longer, the right half of it flips out, but the left half, doesn't. So I have half a head of curly hair and it makes me look stupider than usual.

| get you some aqua net and spray your hair all over lightly--- lift your hair up and spray all of it----then lift up the top layer of hair and tease underneath it and lay your hair back down over the teased section and flat iron it----it gives you volume that will stay.....and throughout the day/night all you have to do is re-tease underneath w/ your fingers to keep it up..... | |

Hmmmm, this might work for me! I'll have to try it and let you know how it goes! My thing right now is I want to flat iron my hair & have tried it a couple of times, but I have layers in and it doesn't look the way I want it. So I'm going to try it again and see if I can just live with how it comes out - but I like this idea of teasing it - my stylist swears by that! She never uses a curling iron or flat iron on my hair & I always love the way it turns out. Of course, I can never get my hair to work like she does!!

| I've done the tease thing. It stays when it wants to though. I don't bother styling my hair unless I'm going out. | |
